IS WI-FI AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?

Yes, the high speed wi-fi connection is available throughout the whole building. You’ll get the password at your arrival.

ARE THE PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE FINAL? DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING ELSE?

Our prices include all the utility bills as well as the wi-fi. Accommodation contracts included 10%VAT. Stays under 60 days include City tax CZK 50,- per person per night.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can check the availability and make a reservation via the following link: https://www.zeitraum.re/bookings/. The reservation process is very simple; just choose your check-in and check-out dates and your favourite room category. To complete the reservation, fill in the questionnaire and pay a refundable security deposit.

WHAT IS THE “REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT”?

The refundable security deposit is a one-time fee you need to pay to complete the process of the online reservation. It is in the same amount as one month’s rent and you will get the money back if you don‘t cause any damage to the room or don’t leave without paying the rent.

The secucity deposit is non-refundable in case you cancel the reservation during one month before the check in.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

You can move in after 3 in the afternoon on the first day of your contract. It doesn’t matter if that day falls on a public holiday or on the weekend – we are ready to accommodate you anytime! If you know you’re going to arrive at night, just drop us an e-mail and we will prepare an envelope with the keys and instructions, which will be handed over to you by the night security.

WHEN DO I SIGN THE CONTRACT?

The contract is signed upon your arrival at our reception.
